On July 20, 2026, PAGCOR’s Electronic Gaming Licensing Department (EGLD) issued a Memorandum extending the interim period for Business-to-Business (B2B) providers currently contracted by Gaming System Administrators (GSAs). The extension, approved by the PAGCOR Board of Directors on July 16, 2026, gives affected providers an additional two months to complete their accreditation requirements.

Under the Memorandum, contracted B2B providers that submitted their accreditation applications on or before May 31, 2026 may continue their existing operations and provision of services to GSAs until September 30, 2026.

By that same date, these providers must complete the following:

  • Payment of the non-refundable application fee;
  • Submission of documentary requirements, including the probity check report;
  • Satisfactory results of the ocular inspection and testing of the electronic gaming system (EGS) and online gaming platform (OGP), as applicable; and
  • Posting of the corresponding Performance Cash Deposit.

Providers that fail to meet these requirements face decommissioning of their EGS, OGP, games, and gaming equipment effective October 1, 2026.

Arden Consult continues to guide clients through each stage of the accreditation process to ensure requirements are met well ahead of the extended deadline.
